My only Malawi coin and I wouldn't have even known about it had it not been for this post. That coin caught my eye and I suppose I was sub-conscientiously always looking for one. Once I saw this I knew I had to get it, especially for the little cost of around $0.15. Plus most of my African coins are Tanzanian and Egyptian so I wanted to add some variety and a new country on my Numista dashboard even if it is relatively small. $0.15 wasn't a bad price for this coin as it is worth about $0.10. As for exchange value 1 U.S. Cent will get you 3.32 Kwacha, the equivalent of the dollar, in Malawi.
