Not really 25 cents, more like 2.5 cents. The Bahraini dinar is divided into 1,000 fils rather than 100 unlike the American dollar. This means that 500 fils is like a half dollar and 100 fils is like a dime. I suppose they issue the higher (and some lower) denominations in paper because there are few coins on
Numista from Bahrain and most of them aren't made anymore. This coin, while not made anymore, is worth only $0.20. Still pretty good for a 2 cent coin.
